These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and P2F. By accessing our website, creating an account, or utilizing the P2F workflow automation platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

P2F provides a cloud-based workflow automation platform that enables users to design, connect, execute, and monitor automated integrations across third-party applications, APIs, and data services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, P2F grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business or personal automation needs.

To access certain features of P2F, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials or API credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use P2F to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, trojans, or harmful automated bots.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, infrastructure, or other user accounts.
• Overburden or disrupt the performance of our platform (e.g., denial of service attacks or unthrottled infinite loop executions).
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the P2F source code without prior written consent.

You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and workflows created by you on P2F. P2F does not claim ownership over any payload data or credentials submitted through your automation node chains.

You grant P2F a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit your data solely as required to execute your automated workflows and provide platform functionality.

P2F offers free and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The P2F platform, including its user interface, graphics, trademarks, node architecture, and software code, is owned by P2F and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

P2F enables integration with third-party applications (e.g., Slack, GitHub, OpenAI, Google Services). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of third-party APIs. Your use of external services is governed by their respective terms of service.

P2F is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P2F shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless P2F, its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to P2F at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unauthorized or illegal activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be resolved in the competent courts of jurisdiction.
